I agree with the conditions expressed on this guarantee statement , and accept that my personal data as collected here will be included in an automated file of SOCIEDAD INDUSTRIAL DE MAQUINARIA ANDALUZA, SA in order to properly manage the extension of an additional 12 months guarantee. Refusing to authorize the collection of data as expressed hereby will unable SIMA to meet the guarantee request. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, in the terms established in the current legislation through a letter addressed to SOCIEDAD INDUSTRIAL DE MAQUINARIA ANDALUZA, SA (SIMA), with registered office at Juncaril Industrial Estate – calle Albuñol, 250 (ALBOLOTE) -18220 Granada- Spain, with fiscal Id. Number (CIF) A18024919. The letter must contain full and accurate contact details and include a photocopy of your identity card or any equivalent official document proving your identity; these rights can also be exercised through an email to customer@simasa.com

This extended warranty will allow you to access the repair services for breakdowns (during the 2 years of guarantee you can request the repair as many times as necessary) due to product manufacturing fault. It should be noted that these repairs include both labor and spare parts.
Extended Warranty Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions of the SIMA Extended Guarantee service, including repair service, apply to products for which SIMA has issued an Extended Guarantee Service Registration Certificate, provided that the original purchase of the product, whether for private or corporate use, has been made from SIMA or from a SIMA reseller. The period of coverage will be the one shown on the certificate of registration of Extended Guaranty Service of each product. The Extended Guarantee service does not cover products that have been deformed, altered or irreparably damaged.
If the covered product includes additional SIMA accessories, these will be also covered during the term of the Extended Guarantee as long as they are installed and part of the product for which they were designed. To obtain service for an additional accessory that covers the Extended Guarantee service, you may have to present the additional accessory for the entire product.
The SIMA Extended Guarantee service is not a guarantee of the uninterrupted or error-free use of a product. The Extended Guarantee service explicitly excludes: the repair of faults caused by improper use, negligence, accidents, modifications, unauthorized couplings, disasters, operation outside of the specified operating environment or beyond the product’s duty cycle limits; customer maintenance using accessories or complements not included in SIMA specifications, failures caused by technical services to the product caused by unauthorized technicians or failures caused by a product, including supplies or parts that are not SIMA genuine parts.
