.<\/p>\nThe Technical Development Office engineers are responsible for\u00a0the designing, the blue prints and the technical specifications\u00a0leading to the prototype construction. Some of the initial parts\u00a0in the prototypes are 3 D printed.\u00a0Teaming up with them, specialized technicians focus on the\u00a0prototype construction.<\/p>\n
Later, the prototypes will be checked by the Technical\u00a0Development Officers together with our Q.A. staff, and put to\u00a0different tests, one of them a real work simulation performed\u00a0by customers\u00a0selected at random to that purpose.\u00a0Once all the test phases have been passed, the serial\u00a0production starts. Innovation is deeply engraved in SIMA\u00a0philosophy. We are conscious that there is no future without\u00a0innovating.<\/p>\n
As pioneering innovators we count on high precission\u00a0technologies, such as inductive sensors in the rebar bending\u00a0machines, or the air spring depth adjustment in the pavement\u00a0cutters.
