Besides\u00a0taking care of any issue raised with machines breakdown both\u00a0under or off guarantee, SERVISIMA, selects, appoints, traines,\u00a0coordinates and maintains external points of service. These will\u00a0be certified as SERVISIMA points (S.A.T.) and reported as such to\u00a0SIMA customers.<\/p>\n

SERVISIMA counts with a widespread variaty of information\u00a0for all SIMA models, including videos, pictures, parts diagrams,\u00a0instruction manuals for easier diagnostics and trouble\u00a0shooting.\u00a0All technicians in SERVISIMA points of service count with a\u00a0specialized training delivered by SIMA, complemented with\u00a0specific sessions to keep them updated on new products and\u00a0innovations in the range.<\/p>\n

The repairs made in any SERVISIMA point of service enjoy a\u00a0three months guarantee on spare parts and labor. Moreover, the SERVISIMA points hold a permanent stock of the\u00a0most commonly used spare parts of our machines, to allow\u00a0a fast service to our customers. Would one spare part not be\u00a0available in their stock, SERVISIMA will send it by courier within\u00a0the 24 – 48 hours from the order. SERVISIMA is run by a team of\u00a0six technicians who run a tracking system that ensures a quick\u00a0and satisfactory response.<\/p>\n

We are commited to repair any machine under guarantee in a\u00a0period no longer than four days from the incidence report date,\u00a0or seven days for machines out of guarantee.<\/p>\n
