Ausgebildetes Fachpersonal ist f\u00fcr den Bau der Anlagen zust\u00e4ndig. Die Prototypen werden dann von der F&amp;E-Abteilung und der Qualit\u00e4tskontrolle gepr\u00fcft und verschiedenen Tests unterzogen. Im Rahmen verschiedener Feldtests wird das reale Betriebsverhalten der Maschinen bei Kunden getestet, die nach dem Zufallsprinzip ausgew\u00e4hlt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Sobald alle Testphasen abgeschlossen sind, beginnt die industrielle Produktion. Der Begriff Innovation ist tief in der Unternehmensphilosophie von SIMA verankert. Wir sind uns bewusst: Ohne Innovation gibt es keine Zukunft. Als Vorreiter in Sachen Innovation setzen wir Pr\u00e4zisionstechnologien wie induktive Sensoren in Betonstahl-Biegemaschinen oder Gasdruckd\u00e4mpfer in Asphaltschneidern ein. Bei der Entwicklung neuer Produkte werden neue Polymere verwendet, die unter Einhaltung der Umwelt- und Arbeitsschutzvorschriften hergestellt werden. Aber es gibt noch zahlreiche weitere Innovationen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Erfolg unserer Innovationen wird durch die Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden und die unvermeidliche Nachahmung durch unsere Wettbewerber best\u00e4tigt. Unser Team ist st\u00e4ndig auf der Suche nach neuen Bereichen und Optimierungsmethoden, aber es sind unsere Kunden, die uns durch die \u00dcbermittlung ihrer Bed\u00fcrfnisse inspirieren und unseren Fortschritt ma\u00dfgeblich bestimmen.<\/p>\n<p>Die F&amp;E-Abteilung besteht aus einem Team von Ingenieuren, Konstrukteuren und Mechanikern mit langj\u00e4hriger Erfahrung und technischem KNOW-HOW. Ihre Arbeit wird durch den Einsatz modernster CAD-\/CAM-Technologie sowie durch virtuelle Simulatoren unterst\u00fctzt, wodurch eine hohe technische Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit unserer Produkte erreicht wird.
